Windspace started its development, construction and asset management activities in Poland in 2009 acquiring mid-stage developed projects, bringing them to ready-to-build status, responsible for the detailed design & procurement process.

Windspace secured co-investment from investor clients debt financing for the projects whereafter project management of the construction was performed and executed. Since operational start Windspace has been responsible for the asset- & site management on most of the projects.

The development, procurement, construction- and operational management was  executed in close collaboration with its long term partners, from contractors to service providers.

The construction of the first project was started in 2011. The last project when into operation in 2016.

Windspace presently owns shares in three wind parks in Poland.
